The Cohort Method
A small group of hand-selected members, gathering for six conversations over three months, guided by:
Curation
Each Cohort’s members are handpicked both for what they have in common (a goal, an attribute, a life stage) as well as what makes them unique (a diversity of experience and perspective).
Content
Conversations are participant-driven, but we create a programming framework to guide each Cohort’s progression. It’s always developed for a specific Cohort, not recycled across groups.
Culture
We have a clear set of norms designed to cultivate trust, catalyze real conversation, and build community cohesion. These norms are upheld by members (not 3rd party facilitators) through moderation, participation, and feedback.
